But First, Your custom home search

Home Buyer Boot Camp!
Things are getting exciting! You’re officially pre-approved and it’s time to start house hunting!
But first, we have to set up your custom home search. When we meet for our buyer consultation we’ll talk about all the fun stuff like the features you’d love to have in your house, your ideal location, and your “must haves!" We’ll also talk about deal breakers, prioritize what is most important to you in a new home, and narrow down your house-hunting criteria.
The next step involves me setting up a custom search based on that criteria so that anytime a new listing hits the market, you’ll receive an email with a link to all of the photos and details. When I set up the custom search I use the filters to make sure we’re getting listings that include your “must haves” and filtering out any of your deal breakers when possible. For example, if your deal breaker is a 1-car garage, I’ll set the filter to eliminate any listings with 1-car garages so that you don’t have to be side-tracked by a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen only to realize with disappointment that it has a 1-car garage. The custom home search helps keep you on track to finding the right house instead of feeling overwhelmed. What is your number 1 must-have in a new home that would for sure be included in your custom home search?
