YOUR BLUEPRINT TO HOMEOWNERSHIP– STEP 3
Published | Posted by Adrienne C Wilson
You’re making the biggest investment of your life, so you’ll want to have a professional by your side to help you through every step of the way, educate you on the market where you’re buying a home, and negotiate on your behalf. That means it’s time to find and hire a buyer’s agent. *Record scratch: WAIT WHAT?! Can’t I just call the sign? Technically yes, but you really want an agent working on YOUR behalf.
You wouldn’t ask the opposing team’s coach for advice on how to win the game, so why would you ask the seller’s agent? Plus, when you have a buyer’s agent, YOU get to choose who you’re working with. You’re not “stuck” with whoever happens to have the house listed.
I go over all of these details and what else I can do to help you in my one-on-one buyer consultations so if you want to learn more about what to prepare for, send me a DM so we can set up a time to chat!
